The project Kostbar deals with the digitalisation of food consumption. The project investigates digital food consumption practices and develops value-added services for the different phases of a consumption-oriented food cycle. Furthermore, the project investigates the different end devices including smart speakers in the kitchen environment.
Private households and cooperating supermarkets will be used as test environments for the development and research of value-added services and terminals.
The focus of the project is on:

- Smart Speaker as new kitchen radio
