The focus of the research project InfoStrom (2010-2013) was the technical support of inter-organizational cooperation and inter-organizational recovery work in the case of power outages. All technologies, concepts and methods to improve inter-organizational communication, information and coordination processes were developed and evaluated in collaboration between the University of Siegen, Fraunhofer FIT, PSI Transcom, RWE, SAP Research and the counties Rhein-Erft and Siegen-Wittgenstein.
